A Clarification

I was rightly called out by someone for saying I could only afford "the bare necessities" in my last post. She was right. If I could only afford the essentials I wouldn't be living in my own home, writing this on a MacBook Pro while checking a text on my iPhone.

It's just frustrating to not be able to do the things I want to do. It's not like I'm looking to go on an extravagant vacation or buy a $5000 4K TV. An occasional concert (when from 1991 to about 2009 I went to dozens every year), a night out for dinner and drinks with friends, a Titans game, something. Anything besides being cooped up in this house drowning in my own worries and issues. The type of thing 99% of people take for granted.

I work too much and too hard to be this far behind where I want to be. Where I should be. Where I deserve to be.
