10k A Day

When I started this crazy diet and exercise plan 3 weeks ago I was practically sedentary. My average daily steps were hovering right around 3,000.

I was a lazy sack of shit.

Once I decided to start my goal was 5,000 steps a day for the first week, then go up 500 every week after until I reached the magical 10,000 a day mark. I hoped to be there by the start of July.

I'm routinely blowing past 11 and 12 now.

Damn it feels good to be a gangsta.
