I just received an email that went a little something like this:

Every time I go to type a new email it defaults to plain text. Can you fix this?

I'm torn between doing my job in IT and my disdain for HTML riddled email. Do I honor her request or explain no one wants her 27 point comic sans font with roses around her signature?

This is a moral dilemma...
