I'm now over the halfway point. 34 pounds gone in just 8 weeks.
8 weeks ago I couldn't walk 50 yards without getting out of breath. If I stood for more than 5 minutes straight my legs would beg me to sit.
Yesterday we had our first ever company picnic. I knocked out almost 17,000 steps and sat down for maybe a total of 10 minutes over an 8 hour period. It felt fucking great.
I'm not always perfect, as evidenced by the 3 borderline cheat meals I had last week (hey! 3 out of 21 ain't bad), but I can feel myself getting leaner, stronger and most importantly better every single day.
